Rapha Deliverance University of Practical Ministry was dedicated in Phoenix, Arizona in 2009 after twelve years of conferences and special events taught by Bishop Dr. Jackie L. Green (West Coast Chancellor and visionary founder), and Apostle Ivory Hopkins (East Coast Chancellor). These ministry teachers of deliverance and prayer unified to release “balanced deliverance” across the nation.

RDU is apart of Jackie Green Ministries-International Prayer Life Institute. JGM is not a church, but an international network and resource center that has been commissioned by the Lord Jesus Christ, to do an end time apostolic and prophetic work through prayer, intercession and spiritual warfare!
